Hospitality First, Over Everything.
Proof Restaurant was one of those places you prayed you would have the luck of stumbling on during your travels through the world. A place where hospitality takes center stage, service is presented with a style and grace most only find in Michelin-starred establishments but a confidence only found where you feel right at home. A place committed to creating delicious food where every plating decision was made to enhance the experience and flavor each customer engaged in. At the end of service, the concept of a simple formula where hospitality (f) was the result, always reined supreme... something that was trusted beyond anything else...to ensure all was right in the world.

Let Them Eat With Their Eyes First.
Every Second Saturday, Proof used to do a ten course menu for customers based off a theme created out of the brilliant minds of the BOH to help shape the culinary direction they wanted to take the food. Wine and cocktail pairing would be crafted for each course and delivered ahead of time by the sommelier. All the creativity poured into each night 12 times a year used to happen and then be forgotten until we started hiring a photographer to come in and document each special evening. The following food porn is just a snippet of the incredible dishes created over a decade of hospitality.
